One type of error that you can receive is \u201ca debugger has been detected: unload the debugger and try again\u201d message. This error can occur when certain programs and drivers on your system are outdated or are conflicting with other files. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-medium-font-size has-luminous-vivid-amber-color\"> <em>Remove Amdfix.sys File (If it exists).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The Amdfix.sys<ol><li>Click the Start menu and then go to the \u201cSearch\u201d option. This will display the Search Results window.<\/li><li>Select the \u201cAll files and folders\u201d option from the left panel.<\/li><li>Type \u201camdfix.sys\u201d into the \u201cAll or part of the file name\u201d text box.<\/li><li>Click the \u201cSearch\u201d button to have the system search your local hard drives for the file.<\/li><li>Right-click the amdfix.sys file that is displayed in the right panel. Select \u201cRename\u201d from the context menu and then change the name of the files to \u201camdfix.sys.old. Press the \u201cEnter\u201d key to save the change.<\/li><li>Restart your computer so that your system will start and not load the amdfix.sys file.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-medium-font-size has-luminous-vivid-amber-color\"> Disable Startup Programs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Startup Configuration<ol><li>Click the \u201cStart\u201d button and then select the \u201cRun\u201d option. Type \u201cmsconfig\u201d into the text box and then click the \u201cOK\u201d button. This will start the System Configuration Utility.<\/li><li>Go to the General tab and then click the option for \u201cSelective Startup.\u201d Click in the box to remove the check for system.ini, win.ini and load startup items options.<\/li><li>Go to the Services tab and select the \u201cHide all Microsoft Services\u201d check box.
