And Jesus answered and spoke to them again by parables and said:\u00a0
\u201cThe kingdom of heaven is like a certain king who arranged a marriage for his son,\u00a0
and sent out his servants to call those who were invited to the wedding; and they were not willing to come.\u00a0
Again, he sent out other servants, saying, \u2018Tell those who are invited, \u201cSee, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and fatted cattle\u00a0are<\/em>\u00a0killed, and all things\u00a0are<\/em>\u00a0ready. Come to the wedding.\u201d\u2019\u00a0
But they made light of it and went their ways, one to his own farm,\u00a0another\u00a0to his business.\u00a0
And the rest seized his servants, treated\u00a0them<\/em>\u00a0spitefully, and killed\u00a0them.<\/em>\u00a0(Much like the people of our current times who do not seek law and order.)<\/mark>
But when the king heard\u00a0about it,<\/em>\u00a0he was furious. And he sent out his armies, destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city.\u00a0(Much like we are seeing in our streets today.)<\/mark>
Then he said to his servants, \u2018The wedding is ready, but those who were invited were not worthy.\u00a0
Therefore go into the highways, and as many as you find, invite to the wedding.\u2019\u00a0
So those servants went out into the highways and gathered together all whom they found, both bad and good. And the wedding\u00a0hall<\/em>\u00a0was filled with guests.
\u201cBut when the king came in to see the guests, he saw a man there who did not have on a wedding garment.\u00a0
So he said to him, \u2018Friend, how did you come in here without a wedding garment?\u2019 And he was speechless.\u00a0(If the man had been a child of God, he would have been able to speak what the Spirit was saying to him, but instead he heard nothing from the Spirit, and therefore he was speechless. My sheep hear my voice, and I know\u00a0them,\u00a0and the follow me. John 10:27.)<\/mark>
Then the king said to the servants, \u2018Bind him hand and foot,\u00a0take him away, and cast\u00a0him<\/em>\u00a0into outer darkness; there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.\u2019
\u201cFor many are called, but few\u00a0are<\/em>\u00a0chosen.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
