Math Tutoring

We provide one-on-one live online tutoring in math for grades 1-12 through our expert tutors. We follow the same curriculum as your child's school, and use the same books. Our academic director liaisons with you and your child's tutor to come up with an individualized study plan for your child. The goals of this plan are to help your child feel more confident about math and improve their grades, to help them solve their math homework and to challenge the gifted children.

We provide homework help in math from grades 1-12. The topics include

At what hours do you provide math tutoring?
We provide live tutoring from 1 PM to 11 PM Eastern Time 7 days a week. It's very easy to schedule your tutoring session on the website after you sign up.
Do I need to give you advance notice to schedule my tutoring session?
All we ask for is to give us 12 hours notice. Our automated system will help you make sure of it after you sign up. If you are looking for urgent occasional help, please check out our homework help plans.
Do I need to buy any gadgets/software to receive tutoring?
You would need a PC/laptop with broadband connection and standard features that almost every PC has. We strongly recommend that you use our service for at least a month before thinking about buying a microphone and digital pen. We will help you decide among various options if there's a need at all.

How many sessions can my child realistically take?
Routinely, serious students take up to 20 or more sessions a month, thus paying less than $5/hour on an average. They work with our tutor to enhance their math skills over a long-term.
But my child is only looking for occasional help with math homework and exam prep.

What is a typical outcome of your tutoring sessions?
Over a period of 3-6 months, you can expect a marked improvement in your child's confidence in math, and an improvement in their grades. We have had students whose grades have gone up from C to As after four months of tutoring.
How will you track the progress of my child?
We give routine assessment tests and quizzes to assess the improvement in math skills. Our academic director will regularly call you to give you updates on the progress.
