C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\*.*

Click the Start button and then type Startup, which takes you directly to the system-level Startup folder that applies to all users of the system and not to the logged-in user's Startup folder.
