This new service will launch at 8:00 am on Wednesday, July 1st, 2015.

WHAT IS THE ONLINE SUPPORT CENTER?

Guilford Technical Community College’s Online Support Center serves as a self-service support gateway for faculty and staff.  Here you may:

-          Search the Knowledge Base for answers to commonly asked questions

-          Initiate a live chat

-          Submit a ticket

-          Review your support history.

 

WHEN CAN I GET SUPPORT?

ANYTIME, 24/7.  We understand that you may require support after hours, during holidays or on weekends. Please contact
our Service Desk ANYTIME at your convenience; representatives are available 24/7 year round to provide assistance.

 

WHAT KIND OF HELP IS AVAILABLE?

Our trained experts are ready to assist you with Moodle and technical related inquires. Common issues include:

·         Titan Email, WebAdvisor, Network account access issues and Moodle

·         WiFi and network troubleshooting

·         Classroom and Computer Lab assistance

·         General technical support issues and inquiries

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE?

When contacting us by phone or live chat most issues are resolved within 5 – 10 minutes, although complex issues may take a bit longer to resolve.
Ticket submissions through the Online Support Center are typically resolved within 24 hours, depending on the time of year.
During non-peak times, it is not unusual to have web submitted requests resolved within a few hours.
