WHAT IS THE ONLINE SUPPORT CENTER?
Guilford Technical Community
College’s Online Support Center serves as a self-service support gateway for
faculty and staff. Here you may:

the Knowledge Base for answers to commonly asked questions
- Initiate
a live chat
- Submit
a ticket
- Review
your support history.
WHEN CAN I GET SUPPORT?
ANYTIME, 24/7. We understand that you may require support
after hours, during holidays or on weekends. Please contact
our Service Desk ANYTIME at your convenience; representatives are available
24/7 year round to provide assistance.
WHAT KIND OF HELP IS AVAILABLE?
Our trained experts
are ready to assist you with Moodle and technical related inquires. Common
issues include:
· Titan
Email, WebAdvisor, Network account access issues and
Moodle
· WiFi and network troubleshooting
· Classroom
and Computer Lab assistance

technical support issues and inquiries
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RESOLVE MY
ISSUE?
When contacting us by
phone or live chat most issues are resolved within 5 – 10 minutes,
although complex issues may take a bit longer to resolve.
Ticket submissions through the Online Support Center are typically resolved within
24 hours, depending on the time of year.
During non-peak times, it is not unusual to have web submitted requests
resolved within a few hours.
