To get advised by Dr. Carrier for graduation you
will need to do the following:
1. Click on the following link
and print and follow all instructions: Graduation Link
2. You will need to schedule an
appointment to meet with me during my office hours MW 10:00am - 11:00am and TTh
between 8:00am - 9:00am (my office is AT123-6 see below). If you are more than
10 minutes late for your appointment you will need to re-schedule. Schedule an
appointment to bring your printed program evaluation to my office. See below
for the location of my office. As I am only in my office during office hours,
you may wish to seek others who can sign your program evaluation for graduation
as any of the following can do so: Program Department Chair, Program Director,
Student Success Coach or Faculty Coach.
3. When communicating with me for
graduation purposes please include your student ID number. If you do not, it
will only slow down the process.
