Counseled with student with respect to his career path in light of program focus, to identify how his personal compass builds on certain perceptions. Together we created a personal vision statement that defines what the future will look like for this student in terms of student outcomes. In addition, we together created a mission statement that aligns with the school’s mission and developed program goals that define how the vision and mission will be measured.
